Terms & Conditions

All of our products are direct replacement aftermarket only. We are not affiliated with the OEM companies. Therefore if you need to return an item because your were unaware it is not OEM or your customer will not accept it because it is not OEM there will be a restocking charge plus the shipping charges deducted from your credit. You will be responsible for the return shipping as well.

All prices are quoted FOB shipping point unless otherwise noted. Compressed Air Specialists ships “best way” as our standard method of shipping unless customer specifies otherwise. CAS reserves the right to adjust prices at any time due to potential increases in material costs without prior notification to its customers.


All orders are subject of acceptance by CAS. CAS is not liable for any default of delay beyond its control. The title of goods passes to the purchaser at the FOB point. Consignee is responsible for damage or loss claims against the transport company. CAS will not be liable for any losses or delays associated with lost freight, any delays due to weather, or any other delay associated with the freight carrier. If we ship the incorrect item, we will replace and pay the freight. We will send you an RMA to return the incorrect part. Original equipment manufacturer OEM names and logos are the trademarks of each manufacturer. On products marked direct replacement OEM names and part numbers are for reference only. Our direct replacement products come with a manufacturer's warranty that matches or exceeds the original OEM warranty.


Orders for elements built to order will be charged for any costs incurred to date. Contact customer service please contact us at sales@compressedairspecialists.net as soon as possible for cancellations.
